Great to meet you!

I provide counseling for adults and teens, creating a space where clients feel heard, known, and understood. I am especially passionate about Christian counseling and enjoy working with individuals who want to integrate their faith into the healing process. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to meet each client where they are—whether they are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, self-harm, hopelessness, and relational challenges. I work well with teens and young adults who are building identity, managing emotions, and learning how to navigate independence and relationships. I also enjoy partnering with parents to address behavioral concerns and strengthen family dynamics, offering practical tools and insight along the way.

My professional background includes work in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, and this training—combined with my clinical experience—allows me to support a wide range of needs with both skill and relational care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can be honest about what they’re experiencing and begin to understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I work to help clients build awareness, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools they can use in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will take time to get to know you—what’s bringing you to counseling, your background, and what you’re hoping will be different moving forward. This helps me understand your goals and begin forming a plan that fits you. I will also share some initial thoughts on how I can support you and the approaches we might use together.
