Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Ana Brown, a Licensed Therapist and the owner of Grace Out Loud Therapy Services. I believe that people are stories to be understood, not problems to be fixed. My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly, feel heard, and begin making meaningful changes at a pace that feels manageable.

I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I also have experience supporting individuals and couples who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns and want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), strengths-based interventions, and solution-focused techniques. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop tools that support lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, important life experiences, relationships, strengths, and goals for treatment. This helps me gain a better understanding of your story and the challenges you're facing.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. You don't need the "right" words, and you don't need to tell your entire life story in one session. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we'll begin identifying what is working well, what feels difficult, and what you hope might be different in your life moving forward. We'll also discuss any questions you have about the therapy process and begin creating a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for your goals.

Most importantly, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you are seen as a whole person—not a diagnosis, problem, or set of symptoms. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone than when you arrived.
