Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Andrea and I use she/they pronouns. I have been a clinical therapist practicing in areas of DBT, CBT, complex family systems, gender affirming care, and life changes to name a few of my favorites. I love to be out for a hike or run, busy in my garden, or trying to bake something new. I l have 3 dogs and a cat that make my world go round. I think everyone deserves a space to feel comfortable and validated and I hope to always provide this with my clients. I firmly believe that the goal of therapy is to help you be independent and supported. Thanks!

My approach to therapy

In a therapeutic space l work to empower clients to reach their life goals. I want to be a person that is their biggest cheerleader and trusted confidant. In a session, l try and use a blend of styles that best fits the client. I try to partner with my clients and support them as the experts in their own lives. I also like to use experience from their lives and humor when we can. I am a person who reads a lot and collects fun facts, so if you like to know the “why,” I am your person.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect to take away new information, positive experiences, potentially skills or perspective LSS they hope to develop. More importantly, each of my clients receive my uninterrupted attention, calm presence, and unending positive regard. Life’s hard times do not have to be faced alone.
