I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.Holding active licensures in PA, DE and MD. I have 20 years experience in the areas of child/adolescent mental and behavioral health, special education, adult mental health and addiction recovery. I specialize in and have experience with adults, adolescents, groups, anxiety and depression management, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, relational issues, low self-esteem and self-compassion and I also provide clinical supervision.
I utilize a variation of therapeutic approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Group Therapy, EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
