Angela Brown

I'm Angela, the founder/owner of Full Vida Counseling LLC, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe every person - regardless of their background, resources or past experiences - should have the ability to thrive.

You are unique. You cannot be duplicated You deserve to receive in abundance and to feel able to give the world the best you. My goal is to ensure that you leave my office feeling more empowered than when you entered. Let's work together to make sure that you always do!

My focus areas include assisting clients with anxiety, depression, along with other mood and adjustment disorders. I provide general life coaching and career advising. My passion for working with adolescents stems from my background in K-12 education as a DEI director, teacher and counselor. I also specialize in treating women's issues, as well as clients from BIPOC and other diverse groups.

During the intake session, I will gather more information about your needs, goals and gather background information. We will also formulate a treatment plan so that we can work on skills building and symptom reduction.
