I fluently speak Cantonese and Taishanese languages. I utilize both languages and/or English in my psychotherapy sessions. I work with all age clients. I specialized in working with multi-generations, cultures, mix/multi race/blended families, couple, or individual issue. I have experience in helping clients with multi-generational cultural, life values differences, and communication, relationship, family conflicts, trauma, parenting with children and aging parents' stresses, midlife crisis, adult/children with behavioral illness/issue, attachment, and life cycles related identity, and self-esteem issues.

I work with my clients to create an open, warm, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment and criticism. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life.
