I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oregon, Idaho, and Colorado. I obtained my Master’s degree at Portland State University in 2006. I specialize in treating adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurologic disorders, eating disorders, grief and loss, chronic illness, caregiver strain, life transitions, and challenges in personal relationships. I support diversity in my practice with clients.
I am interested in helping those who"feel stuck," are struggling with boundaries or might be dealing with general feelings of being "overwhelmed.” I am committed to a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and am passionate about empowering people to achieve growth and healing in their own lives.
Therapeutic Approach: CBT, ACT, MI, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Trauma-informed and Person-centered.
Therapy sessions will include a space to explore thoughts and feelings you are experiencing in the moment, and identity patterns and experiences that leave you feeling stuck. As a collaborative and strengths-based therapist, I will work to help clients develop personalized tools to explore and clarify personal goals, recognize strengths, regain a sense of control, create boundaries, and propel people forward with hope and confidence.
