Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving adults who appear successful on the outside yet struggle internally with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, low self-esteem, or difficulty feeling secure and confident in their relationships.

Relationship concerns are a central part of my work, whether you come to therapy individually or with a partner. I often work with people who notice recurring patterns in relationships—such as fear of rejection, difficulty trusting, over-functioning, pulling away when things feel too vulnerable, losing themselves in relationships, or struggling to communicate their needs. Therapy can help you better understand these patterns, develop a stronger sense of self, and build relationships that feel more secure, connected, and emotionally fulfilling.

I also work with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and better understand the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected from one another.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, insecure attachment, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition, therapy can provide a space to understand yourself more deeply, heal old wounds, build confidence, and create healthier, more secure relationships with yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we look at what may be happening beneath the surface—including past experiences, relationship patterns, emotional defenses, and ways of coping that may have developed for good reasons but no longer serve you. Many people come to therapy already highly self-aware and frustrated that understanding why they do something has not been enough to change it. Our work focuses not only on insight, but on helping those insights translate into meaningful emotional and relational change.

Together, we work to uncover underlying patterns, deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to understand what brings you to therapy, learn about your current challenges, and begin exploring the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to them. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share your goals, and determine whether we are a good fit.

Clients often describe feeling understood, supported, and relieved to have a space where they can speak openly without judgment. Over time, many gain greater self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, increased self-trust, and a stronger sense of confidence and security in themselves.
