Great to meet you!

No matter what you do, nothing has worked thus far. You still get frustrated by the same people & situations, and your relationships suffer as a result. You might even engage in self-sabotaging behaviors, & juggling all of it feels impossible. You may ask yourself “Why am I this way?” The answer often lies in early trauma. A chaotic upbringing, abuse, and not feeling seen as children can often result in emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that do not reflect our true selves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to providing psychotherapy is client-centered & strength-based. I prefer to allow clients to be the guide of their treatment & to establish their own goals. I guide clients through treatment using trauma informed/focused evidence-based interventions including CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, ARC, Solution-Focused, Problem-Solving, & Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from our first session

Ready for change? I can help you create change by helping the chaos to cease, and to attain inner peace and build stronger bonds with those you love.
