Great to meet you!

I will provide you a safe place to talk, help you make sense of things and understand yourself better. I will help you resolve complicated feelings or find ways to live with them. I will also help you recognize any unhelpful patterns in the way you think or act and find ways to change them (if you want to).

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I take an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and EMDR to support healing, growth, and lasting change.

Whether we’re working through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I create a supportive space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, build effective coping strategies, and reconnect with your strengths and inner resilience. Together, we’ll work to create meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, emotional relief, and practical tools they can use in their daily lives. Depending on your goals and the issues we’re working on, you can expect to take away:

  • Insight and understanding about patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, or behaviors
  • Coping skills to manage anxiety, mood shifts, stress, or trauma responses
  • Improved communication and relationship dynamics
  • Increased self-awareness and emotional regulation
  • Tools for mindfulness and grounding, to stay present and connected to yourself A sense of empowerment and the ability to respond to life with more intention and confidence Therapy is a space for both reflection and action—and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. We’ll work together to identify what’s most important to you and move at a pace that feels safe and effective.
