Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and heard. With over a decade of experience supporting people through life’s biggest transitions, from the joys and challenges of maternal health to the complexities of geriatric care, I’ve learned that while every story is unique, our need for connection is universal. Whether you’re facing work, family, or peer issues or finding your way as an adult navigating a difficult season, I’m here to help you turn obstacles into meaningful successes.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert in your own life. Using a blend of CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques, I help you deconstruct negative self-narratives and replace them with a story of resilience and confidence. By identifying your inherent strengths rather than dwelling on problems, we will work together to overcome 'impossible' obstacles and achieve meaningful, lasting success.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about creating a foundation of trust. You can expect a respectful, unbiased environment where your experiences are validated. I am dedicated to understanding your unique perspective and ensuring you feel accepted and supported from the very start of our work together.
