Great to meet you!

I believe in empowering clients through hands-on activities and goal-driven communication. I have a passion for Individual, Couples and Family therapy. I specialize in dysfunctional communication patterns, victims of trauma, LGBTQ+, blended families, PTSD, adjustment/mood disorders, anxiety, grief, stress, and the aftermath of COVID-19. Remember, we Repeat what we don't Repair....!

My approach to therapy

My specialty is working with couples, but I have a calling to work with women who are trying to figure out life, and why it can sometimes be so hard. Well, I am your cheerleader and want to see you shine, so let's try to figure this out together.

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist is scary and overwhelming. What's happening in your life is not your fault. Your life is your story... and I want to give you permission to have a re-write. My style is to challenge, and I will do more than actively listen. You should leave every session with clarity. Call 248-672-7128
