Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree and a strong professional background helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, and personal growth. My experience includes working with diverse clients in supportive and therapeutic settings, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I use a client-centered approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based strategies, and solution-focused techniques to help clients develop coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I believe in creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on meeting each client where they are. I believe every person has unique strengths, experiences, and goals, and I work together with clients to develop practical strategies that support healing and meaningful change. I use a client-centered approach that incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based interventions. My areas of focus include helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can process difficult experiences, gain insight, build healthier coping skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment focused on understanding their unique experiences, concerns, and goals. We will take time to discuss what brought you to therapy, explore challenges you may be facing, and identify areas where you would like to see growth or change. Together, we will begin developing a personalized plan that builds on your strengths, improves coping skills, and creates realistic steps toward achieving your goals. My priority is to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work toward meaningful and lasting progress.
