Great to meet you!

Hello! I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable exploring challenges, building on their strengths, and working toward meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique experiences and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and years of experience helping individuals navigate mental health concerns, substance use challenges, life transitions, and emotional difficulties. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel empowered to create lasting growth and healing

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I utilize a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and attachment-focused interventions to help clients better understand their experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change. I believe that healing occurs within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, and I work alongside clients to identify goals, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin building a strong therapeutic connection. I take time to learn about your concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy so I can better understand your unique experiences and needs. Together, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, identify areas you'd like to work on, and begin developing a personalized plan for moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
