We begin by building a common language, reviewing the fundamentals of the mind-body connection so you can understand how trauma and stress affect you physically and mentally. From there, we select practical tools and insights from various therapeutic theories that align with your unique needs and values. Healing is an inherent ability—as Hippocrates noted, "The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well." My role is to help you access and amplify that natural force.
