Great to meet you!
Accomplished and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Ph.D. in Geriatric Psychology with extensive expertise in aging care, caregiving, care transitions, and person-centered clinical practice.
As a clinician and leader, I develop and lead innovative care models that support older adults, caregivers, individuals living with disabilities, and the professionals who care for them. My work focuses on strengthening clinical practices, creating meaningful care transitions, and fostering environments where every person feels seen, heard, respected, and supported.
I am committed to creating an inclusive, judgment-free, and safe space to talk about the hard things—especially the experiences that are difficult to put into words. I believe everyone has the ability to express themselves and be understood when provided with the right support, including adaptive and individualized therapeutic approaches.
This space is for caregivers, healthcare leaders, first responders, medical professionals, social workers, aides, family members, and anyone whose life is devoted to caring for others.
You care for everyone else. This is a place where you can be cared for, too
