Great to meet you!

Maybe you're the one everyone relies on. The helper, the overthinker, the people-pleaser, the perfectionist, or the one who always seems to have it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, fertility and infertility challenges, postpartum transitions, relationship concerns, and major life changes. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe symptoms often make sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that helped you survive while building new ways of coping that feel more aligned with the life you want to live.

I incorporate EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients move beyond insight alone and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what's feeling most difficult right now, and what you hope might be different moving forward.

You don't need to prepare anything or have the "right" words. You can show up nervous, overwhelmed, skeptical, emotional, or unsure. My job isn't to judge you—it's to understand your story and help you feel supported as we begin the process of healing and growth together.
