Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are struggling with ADHD, Anxiety, Chronic Stress, and Burnout—often related to work pressure, life challenges, or long-standing patterns of self-criticism and avoidance. My clients are capable, thoughtful people who have tried to manage on their own, but are now noticing that their struggles are affecting their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, we'll focus on helping you reduce the grip of anxiety, respond differently to stress, and develop practical skills for handling difficult thoughts and emotions without feeling overwhelmed by them.

What you can expect from me

I offer online counseling for adults across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. If you’re considering therapy and want to see if we’re a good fit, utilize the 'Book Appointment' on the right-hand side of your screen.
