Great to meet you!

Brandi Harding, LCSW-C, is the founder and lead therapist of Healing Holistically, where she helps clients heal and grow in mind, body, and spirit. She earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Sojourner-Douglass College and her Master’s from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, bringing both academic expertise and heartfelt dedication to every session. Whether you're navigating self-esteem challenges, workplace stress, parenting, dating, or major life transitions, I’m here to support you.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate, integrative approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be vulnerable, explore your experiences, and build the confidence needed to move forward. Each session is uniquely tailored using a blend of creative and clinical therapeutic techniques to meet your individual needs. Healing isn’t always easy—but you don’t have to go through it alone.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover strengths, and build confidence so you can move forward with clarity, balance, and resilience. My goal is for you to feel more grounded, self-aware, and equipped to create meaningful change in your life.
