Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what comes next, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, eating concerns, relationships, grief, stress, and unexpected life changes.

I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including psychiatric care and interdisciplinary healthcare, and have spent the last 10 years in private practice. I especially enjoy helping clients find clarity during difficult seasons while creating a space where they feel comfortable being honest and completely themselves.

My style is warm, open-minded, and empowering. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported while gaining practical tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to offer support, structure, and a different perspective along the way.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strength-based approaches. We may focus on understanding unhelpful thought patterns, building healthier coping strategies, working through difficult emotions, or reframing the way you see yourself and your experiences.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor our work to what you need. Whether you’re looking for practical tools, deeper insight into patterns, or simply a steady and supportive space to process what you’re going through, we’ll work together toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting comfortable, getting to know each other, and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about where you’ve been, what’s happening in your life now, and where you’d like to be.

You’ll have space to ask questions, share what feels important, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.

My goal is simple: that you leave your first session feeling heard, comfortable, and with a clearer sense of what working together can look like.
