Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 15 years of healthcare experience. My graduate education was completed at East Tennessee State University. I am currently working towards certification in integrative psychiatry - a combination of functional and traditional medicine. I specialize in psychiatric disorders affecting adults - primarily depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy partnering with patients and discovering what is important to them and where they are challenged. I have a holistic approach that examines symptoms, lifestyle, labs, and genetics (when indicated) to formulate a tailored plan for each person.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to help patients move towards a greater sense of peace and wellness. Sessions focus on appropriate medications, lifestyle changes, and anything else the patient brings to session that day. The experience is personal, welcoming and accepting of the uniqueness of each person.
