My clinical experience also includes working with individuals facing Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, and challenges related to substance use, homelessness, and identity exploration—including support for LGBTQ+ clients and those navigating ethical non-monogamy or alternative lifestyles.

I support individuals through some of life’s most difficult challenges. Working across outpatient and specialized treatment settings, has allowed me to guide clients through issues like anxiety, depression, trauma (including sexual, emotional, and physical abuse), relationship conflict, life transitions, and neurodevelopmental differences. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes—it's about building real insight, stronger boundaries, emotional resilience, and practical strategies for long-term growth.
