Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor and certified eating disorder specialist working in the field of eating disorders since 2011. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at the University of Colorado at Boulder and my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education at the University of Colorado at Denver (Go Buffs!).

My approach to therapy

I use an attachment-based therapy approach as data supports that the therapeutic relationship is one of the primary indicators for progress and growth. I have training in EFFT, ACT, CBT-E, RO-DBT, FBT, and am EMDR trained.

What you can expect from me

I hope to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, heard, understood, genuinely cared for, and that they matter.
