Great to meet you!

Board certified in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, I bring years of experience helping people manage ADHD, anxiety, and depression across all ages. My background spans a wide range of clinical settings and diverse populations, giving me the flexibility to meet you where you are. I practice telehealth-only medication management, so you can access care from the comfort of home, whatever your schedule looks like.

My approach to therapy

Medication management works best when it reflects your whole life, not just your symptoms. I draw on training in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry to meet you with curiosity and warmth, wherever you are in your journey. I take a broad view of mental health, and I welcome clients of all backgrounds and life stages.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I want to understand your history, what you have tried before, and what you are hoping to get out of treatment. You will leave with a clear sense of next steps and a plan we have built together, so you feel supported from day one.
