Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with 16 years of experience helping people navigate challenging life transitions, loss, trauma, advanced age and terminal illness. Recently, I have begun to weave Psychedelic Preparation and Integration work into my offerings, in appreciation of the ways expanded states of consciousness can unlock new avenues of emotional healing.

My approach to therapy

Over the past 16 years, I have worked extensively with combat veterans, individuals facing PTSD, and those navigating life’s final stages. These experiences have profoundly shaped my understanding of resilience, the mind-body connection, and the healing power of self-exploration.

I approach therapy through a lens of radical acceptance and genuine curiosity about your unique experience of this world. My goal is to deeply understand the life you have lived so far, so that together, we can explore the choices that will lead you toward a path of greater fulfillment and alignment with your values.

What you can expect from me

I integrate interventions from a variety of mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral modalities, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am comfortable working with parts in session, helping individuals explore and understand the different aspects of themselves with compassion and curiosity.

I have a deep interest in innovative and transformative approaches to healing. My work incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, and integrative techniques that support emotional and spiritual well-being. I hold a postgraduate certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and offer psychedelic preparation and integration services to individuals seeking deeper self-discovery.
