Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a background that spans mental health, geriatrics, home health, intensive care, and long-term rehabilitation. My personality is open, honest, and direct—I believe transparency builds trust. With over a decade of hands-on nursing experience and recent advanced training in psychopharmacology and CBT, I bring both empathy and expertise to our work together. My clients can count on clear communication, collaborative care, and a deep commitment to helping them thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to wellness is solution-focused and direct. I conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, medication management, and patient education with the goal of empowering individuals to make informed decisions. With clinical experience treating clients of all ages and across diverse settings—from community mental health clinics to hospice—I prioritize practical strategies and personalized care plans that meet each client where they are.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling informed, supported, and hopeful. Each visit is geared toward clarifying diagnoses, mapping out achievable treatment goals, and creating a clear path forward. Whether through education, therapy, or medication planning, my focus is on instilling confidence and equipping clients with the tools they need for sustained mental wellness. Please note that nurse practitioners cannot prescribe stimulants in Oklahoma.
