Great to meet you!

Shalom! My name is Candice. I'm the Lead Therapist at Mindful Living.

Many of our clients experience burnout, chronically invalidating environments, or struggle with maintaining social relationships.

We specialize in helping clients learn how to effectively manage stressful situations, organize their behavior, and commit to valued-living.

Mindful Living provides comprehensive diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, relationship therapy, and group therapy for adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

We aim to cultivate a nonjudgemental, safe space for you to express yourself authentically.

Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.
