Great to meet you!

I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Master Addictions Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. I have a graduate degree in Professional Counseling and an Education Specialist Degree in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, but I am grounded on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very blended using a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused therapy, existential therapy, along with motivational interviewing techniques. My aim is to not just address your challenges but assist you with creating lasting change that supports your overall health and wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I plan to build a rapport with you while we process your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We will then identify areas of concern and opportunities for growth. My practice specializes in empowering clients to overcome personal and interpersonal conflicts for the purpose of improving their quality of life.
