Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I provide virtual therapy and life coaching to adults, couples, and families. I also offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations and immigration psychological evaluations. As someone who has personally overcome trauma, I bring both compassion and real-world understanding to our work together. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where you can grow and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I tailor each session to meet your needs using evidence-based methods like CBT, IFS (Parts Work), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Integration (EMI). Whether we’re working on managing anxiety, healing from past trauma, or reaching life goals, I’ll meet you with empathy, structure, and tools that help you move forward. I also integrate coaching strategies to help you stay focused and motivated outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to handle life’s challenges. We'll work together to reduce emotional distress, build confidence, and create meaningful goals. I aim to provide a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, identify patterns, and start making changes that last. Whether you’re seeking therapy, coaching, or a specialized evaluation, I’m here to support your journey every step of the way.
