Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Carrie! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) with a Bachelor's degree in Family Studies from Towson University and a Master of Social Work from Salisbury University. I have been working in the social work field since 2005, with experience supporting individuals, families, and communities. Over the past five years, I have focused on providing individual therapy to adults.

My approach to therapy

My background in family and community systems has given me a unique perspective on how our experiences, relationships, and life circumstances shape who we are and how we navigate the world. I believe that every person has their own story, strengths, and challenges, and I strive to meet each client where they are.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about helping adults feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life's challenges. My goal is create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and work toward the changes you want to make in your life.
