With experience in various settings from primary care to addiction medicine, I have a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health disorders across different populations. I assist clients in managing their mental health conditions and learning new ways of coping with life stressors. I also specialize in medical weight management.

In follow-up sessions, we will discuss your strengths, challenges, and any changes that have arisen. Based on our discussions, we can make further adjustments to your plan of care
