Great to meet you!

I created Wholistic Haven with a vision to integrate mental health, sexuality, spirituality & holistic practices in order to reach WHOLE health. I aim to provide access to care for the undeserved BIPOC communities because I understand first-hand the influence one's culture has on our view of the world and the experiences we have.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar, military/veteran/student college experience, trauma, ENM relationships and holistic practices/tools. I'm a USAF Veteran, ally of the LGTBQ+ community and can assist with gender-affirming care/consultation as well as MH surgical assessments. My approach to therapy is seeing what your needs are, making sure you have an active voice throughout your treatment and also allowing you to express your true authentic self in a safe space!

What you can expect from me

During our sessions you can expect to know what type of therapy you will receive (we will go over treatment modalities together and you decide what style you would like), the frequency of our future follow-ups, as well as access to me directly in case you need to reschedule or meet sooner than our next appointment.
