Great to meet you!

Working in Psychiatric mental health since 2016, I help children, adolescents and adults throughout the lifespan. I have an MSN from Regis College. Neurodivergent individuals (treating people with ADHD and Autism, for example) and those with special needs are very welcome to my practice. I strive to provide supportive care for LGBTQAI+ identifying individuals. Your culture, identity, beliefs and lifestyle are respected in my practice.

I provide therapy and medication management, or just therapy, alone.

My approach to therapy

You will find our sessions solution-focused and my approach open-minded, warm and oriented to the individual. Additional modalities include mindfulness (MBSR) and Buddhist psychology (secular applications). My toolbox is a little different from what you're use to seeing, so if you're feeling stuck, I might have something new for you try! My patients have seen improvements by working with me to manage stress, build emotional resilience, deepen self-acceptance, quiet a racing mind and improve self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

A holistic approach will be utilized to help you improve your behavioral health. Your lifestyle, values and beliefs will be honored. Your goals are our goals- as a team.
