Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience supporting adults, adolescents, children, and families, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate some of the most meaningful and challenging parts of their journeys. My approach is grounded in DBT, CBT, solution‐focused therapy, and client‐driven interventions, allowing me to tailor our work to your unique needs rather than relying on a one‐size‐fits‐all method.

I strive to create a collaborative, supportive environment where growth feels possible and where you feel genuinely heard. My goal is to offer an experience filled with encouragement, compassionate challenging, and thought‐provoking conversations that help you identify and overcome the barriers that have been getting in your way. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen resilience, and create new pathways toward the life you want to live.

Through the therapeutic relationship we build, our shared mission from day one is to partner in helping you move toward the version of yourself you’ve always hoped to become. Therapy is not about perfection—it’s about progress, empowerment, and discovering what’s possible when you have a safe space to explore, heal, and grow.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, honor your experiences, and walk with you as you create meaningful change, I would be honored to be part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

Every person carries a story shaped by experiences, values, and challenges that are uniquely their own. Because of this, therapy should never be a standardized process. You deserve support that reflects who you are, what you’ve lived through, and where you want to go. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you uncover the strengths and direction already within you.

With over a decade of experience supporting adults, adolescents, children, and families, I’ve learned that people grow most when therapy adapts to their needs. That’s why I use multiple modalities—including DBT, CBT, solution‐focused therapy, and client‐driven interventions—to create a flexible, individualized experience that evolves with your goals.

From the start, I focus on building a genuine connection. Your first session is a space where I learn about your hopes for therapy, the challenges you’ve been carrying, and what matters most to you. Together, we shape a collaborative plan that guides our work and keeps us aligned with your growth.

My style is warm, encouraging, and grounded in partnership. I offer compassionate challenging and thoughtful conversations that help you explore new perspectives, understand patterns, and move forward with confidence. Therapy becomes a place where you can safely examine barriers and begin creating new pathways toward the life you want.

For clients who desire it, I welcome integrating Christian and faith‐based principles—always honoring your spiritual journey and allowing you to guide how your beliefs are woven into therapy.

If you’re seeking a therapist who values your individuality, honors your story, and works alongside you to create meaningful change, I would be honored to walk with you.

What you can expect from me

I believe you are the expert of your own life and that your experiences deserve to be understood in the context of your unique story. Because of that, you won’t receive a cookie‐cutter approach in our work together. Instead, you’ll receive an individualized plan shaped by your needs, your hopes, and the direction you want your life to move.

In our first session, my focus is on building connection and beginning to establish trust in our therapeutic relationship. I want to learn about who you are, what led you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from this process. We’ll talk about your goals, the challenges you’re facing, and the strengths you already have—because those strengths will become part of the foundation we build on.

From there, I use what you share to create a collaborative treatment plan that serves as the blueprint for every step we take. This plan guides our work, keeps us aligned with your priorities, and ensures that each session moves you closer to the outcomes that matter most to you.

Throughout therapy, we work side‐by‐side to develop skills, deepen insight, and strengthen your ability to move forward with confidence. My role is to support you, challenge you when it’s helpful, and walk with you as you grow—not to dictate your path, but to help you uncover it.

If you’re looking for a space where you are heard, understood, and actively involved in shaping your own healing, this is where your journey can begin.
