Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families as they navigate their journeys. Using a combination of DBT, CBT, solution-focused brief therapy, and client-driven interventions, I work to offer support that is tailored to your individual needs. I work to create a collaborative experience that allows for growth and success.

My approach to therapy

As all of us are unique and different from one another it goes to say that what works for one person does not work for everyone. After working in the field for over a decade I have come to learn that individuals benefit most when they are able to receive support through a variety of skills and approaches that appropriately align with their individual needs. For this reason, I like to use multiple modalities based on what needs are present for the individual during our time together. This allows me to offer a truly individualized approach to therapy with each individual I support. I welcome clients who are seeking a counseling approach that honors their faith. If you feel comfortable, I can incorporate Christian and faith-based principles into our work — always respecting your unique spiritual journey and leading the way in how we integrate your beliefs into therapy.

What you can expect from me

I truly believe that you are the expert of your own life and that your experiences are unique to you. Through the work that we do together, you won't receive a cookie cutter approach but instead will receive an individualized plan that is driven by your wants and needs. We will work together in a collaborative partnership to create skills, insight, and the strength needed to move forward in your journey.
