Great to meet you!
Since graduating with a master’s degree in nursing 17 years ago, I have worked as a psychiatric nurse practitioner diagnosing, prescribing medication, and providing counseling therapy to individuals struggling with symptoms of trauma (including DID), depression and bipolarity, anxiety, borderline personality, psychosis, autism, and ADHD.
Additionally, I have a master’s degree in counseling therapy with an emphasis on existential-gestalt, shadow-work, and trauma-informed therapies from Johns Hopkins University where I also did an internship in palliative care at NIMH. As part of these studies, I lived in China for a period of time, resided in a monastery, and studied comparative religion and iconography.
