My name is Charles, and I focus on Couples Counseling, and helping individuals, and couples heal from betrayal, infidelity, porn, and sex addiction.

Together, we can work toward understanding what happened, rebuilding emotional safety and trust, strengthening connection, and creating a healthier relationship and more meaningful life.

My goal is to help clients rebuild trust, improve communication, and create lasting change. I utilize Gottman Method to provide Couples the skills they need in order to heal; and I utilize Emotionally Focused therapy to address the underlying reasons that Couples get stuck in their cycles.
