Trained in several complementary approaches to treating anxiety, depression, trauma, I utilize evidenced based therapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and parts work. I am knowledgeable in techniques to manage challenges with being neurodivergent. My approach will increase coping skills building on your personal strengths.

My approach to therapy

Client centered and tailoring sessions to your individual needs, I am available via telehealth only to assist in working through everyday stressors and the events of the past that you still with you and increase your ability to function in an accepting environment. What you can expect from me

I can offer a safe space to process and internally resolve the heaviness of everyday life with unconditional positive regard as well as tools to manage daily stressors using a bottom up approach that will include coping skills and trauma processing to help resolve the internal processes that cause difficulty in every day life.
