Chinyere Ugwanyi

I am a Board-Certified and Licensed Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a BSN from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, an MSN from the University of Cincinnati, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. I bring 12 years of experience as a psychiatric nurse and 10 years as a nurse practitioner, providing psychiatric evaluation, treatment, and medication management to patients with a wide range of mental health needs. I specialize in treating adults and, more recently, adolescents with conditions such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more.

My approach to care is straightforward, clear, and grounded in professionalism, compassion, and respect. I strive to provide personalized mental health services, always offering a listening ear and meeting each patient with empathy.
