Great to meet you!

I'm Certified in Neuropsychotherapy, an LCSW in NC and MI, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and IFS & EMDR informed. I help people realize their true potential and find meaning/purpose in life while improving self-image and repairing interpersonal relationships through healthy attachment and behavioral patterns. I'm passionate about working with individuals somewhere on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.

My approach to therapy

I take a neuro and trauma-informed approach. I help people understand how habitual behavioral, cognitive and emotional patterns are just that...habits. I strive to empower people by helping them learn how to actually rewire the circuitry in their brain, to facilitate lasting neural plasticity and regeneration. I focus on helping people improve their self-image, and repair interpersonal relationships through healthy attachment and behavioral patterns.

What you can expect from me

If this is a piece you've been missing to live optimally, well you've already made it this far on your healing journey! I invite you to contact me for a session so I can better understand you, your strengths and your needs.
