Great to meet you!

I'm excited to connect with you! I am a queer and polyamorous identified therapist who serves from a body and sex positive approach, offering integration of spirituality, Wicca, Buddhism, mindfulness, intentional and energetic living into therapy.

I am a very holistic therapist that loves to help you connect to your inner knowing and specializes in serving the LGBTQ+ and alternative relationship communities, those who identify as women, healing professionals and artists/creatives.

My approach to therapy

I focus on a mind/body approach in helping you connect with the insights that are within you naturally. Further supporting you in identifying narratives of self and patterns from the past / present impacting you in obtaining your desires and quality of life.

I specialize in trauma, quality of life relationships and intentional living. I also offer brainspotting as a mind/body approach to releasing stress, trauma, thinking/behavior patterns held in the nervous system that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

You will experience a warm and open process to explore what matters most to you and your needs to support you in moving through life challenges and towards your goals.

You will gain experience in learning to develop and maintain a connection with yourself, creating the ability to know your truth. You will learn ways to develop presence and awareness, improving your quality of life.

I empower you to learn to be with your own vulnerability which opens the door to so many possibilities in life.
