Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm Cleo, a licensed psychotherapist in Massachusetts and North Carolina, and I'm genuinely glad you found your way here. Whether anxiety is running the show, relationships feel hard, or you're navigating a big life change, I meet you exactly where you are. I work with individuals and families to build real, practical strategies rooted in your own strengths. I celebrate the richness of every person's background and tailor every session to who you actually are. Ready to take a step? I'd love to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I draw on a blend of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), woven together with relational and humanistic principles so our work fits who you are. Sessions feel like a real conversation: we look honestly at what is happening, spot patterns, and build practical skills you can use right away. I tailor everything to your goals, your pace, and what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just a conversation. We'll take time to talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what feels most important right now. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of how we'll work together and what next steps might look like. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and ready to take the next step at your own pace.
