Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker treating complex-chronic PTSD, anxiety and depression utilizing somatic awareness, EMDR, EFT, and a strengths-based, self-compassion focused mindfulness approach. I enjoy getting to know you and supporting you through life's current challenges with sensitivity to the effects of past experiences as well.

My approach to therapy

The effects of trauma can undermine our ability to experience joy, peace and happiness in our lives, and it's not our fault. Traumatic experiences destroy trust and separate us from ourselves, leaving us in pain and fear.

I use wellness-focused, strengths-based, skill building, problem solving, somatic awareness, neuro-biologically informed, EFT and EMDR approaches to support your journey.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm and supportive space within which to partner with you in your experiences of grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, aging, life transitions, chronic pain, chronic illness, cultural/ethnic diversity challenges and injustice, and meaning of life questions.
