Great to meet you!

Welcome!

As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I believe that making mental health a priority is key to creating happiness and overall well-being. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for over 30 years, and I am now focused on clients aged 12-70 who are struggling with anxiety, stress, and depression.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected and empowered in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

We will start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! You will also receive some helpful strategies. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
