I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ therapist in the states of VA, MD, DC, and FL. I have 13 years of experience employed in behavioral health facilities, private practice, correctional centers, veteran affairs, and also providing medical social work/ therapy to oncology, emergent, and crisis patients in the hospital setting.

I am certified in personality challenges, ADHD, advance trauma (CCTP-II), grief, and dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT). I believe in focusing on the client through a strength-based approach and building resilience. In therapy I like to work from a dialectical behavioral approach which focuses on improve relationships, mood regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, self care to lead with. This is my key in obtaining a positive, lasting therapeutic relationship and striving for successfully outcomes.
