Great to meet you!

My name is Corey Tolliver, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship problems, and fatherhood.

My approach to therapy

I like a positive and person centered approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-care with a focus on healing. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy (with healthy challenges to aid growth).

What you can expect from me

My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. The goal is to ease nerves and discuss the possibilities. We start by building rapport, I want to hear your story! I don't want anyone to feel overwhelmed by sharing intimate details about themselves. I believe in a trust based relationship, going at your pace. Mostly, clients tell me they are excited to move forward and that the first session flew by! Time flies by when you’re having fun (or making progress).
