Great to meet you!

My name is Courtney, and I am a Master's prepared Social Worker that provides telehealth services to individuals living in North Carolina, Connecticut, Tennessee and Texas. I specialize in helping adults (18+) cope with and navigate through challenging life transitions. My areas of expertise include chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

Using different therapeutic approaches, I work from a strength-based perspective and will empower you to take a lead in your journey towards self-discovery & healing. Humor, compassion and advocacy are the core values that guide my work. I believe in the power of laughter to heal & connect, providing a sense of relief and moments of levity during our sessions.

What you can expect from me

At the heart of my practice lies a profound commitment to compassion, professionalism and the belief that every individual possesses the capacity for resilience and growth. Together, we can navigate your unique life experiences, uncover your inner strengths and equip you with the tools necessary to face life's challenges head-on.

When working together, my priority is for you to feel seen, heard and valued. Your well-being and comfort are of the utmost importance to me!
