Great to meet you!

My greatest passion is helping my patients improve their relationships and develop healthier strategies to cope with depression and anxiety. I am committed to guiding my patients as they transform their lives.

I want to help you connect to the present so that you can make personally meaningful changes. At the moment this may sound like an unattainable goal. Yet, after decades of studying and practicing psychology, I've seen patients far exceed their expectations.

It is a privilege to be invited into your life and to help guide you in the process of healing and creating lasting change. I look forward to welcoming you into my practice. Whatever your goals may be, know that my aim is to help you reach your potential and find your path to remarkable – however you define it.

My approach to therapy

As a Clinical Psychologist with over seventeen years of experience in the private practice setting, I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all for therapy. I view therapy as a collaborative process where I tailor my treatment to reflect the unique experiences and perspectives that each patient brings to the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, warm, and productive space for my patients while providing both insight-oriented and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to be heard without judgment. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re struggling with, and what you hope therapy can help with. I’ll ask questions to better understand you and your experiences, and we’ll begin outlining goals that feel realistic and supportive. Many clients leave the first session feeling clearer and less alone.
