Great to meet you!

In my private practice I work with people who have experienced trauma, especially narcissistic abuse. My experience includes working for several years as an EAP clinician helping people internationally who have anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation, work stress, relationship issues, and so on.

My approach to therapy

I utilize EMDR to facilitate a faster healing process. Other modalities used include CBT and DBT.

If you find yourself struggling to move forward and feel trapped in a relationship or feel as though you have lost your identity. I can help you navigate towards the path you want, instead of the path that was chosen for you.
