Great to meet you!

I specialize in OCD and severe anxiety disorders such as agoraphobia and panic disorder—while navigating challenges like emotional expression, societal expectations, trauma, and chronic pain and illness. My approach is direct, practical, and focused on helping regain control and confidence. While I work with people of all genders, I have particular specialty with men who have anxiety disorders.

So often, people with anxiety disorders are not heard, understood or taken seriously. I want to change that. In our first meeting, we’ll figure out if we’re a good fit with a quick google-meets consult. I’m looking forward to meeting you and seeing how we can work together.
