Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker who is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I am particularly passionate about helping young people and veterans navigate their experiences and traumas. I provide a safe space for you to address both past and present issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I am committed to making people feel safe and heard. I firmly believe in the power of positive affirmation and the importance of self-care.

My approach to therapy

I come from a strengths-based perspective while creating a judgment-free safe space where you can truly express yourself. Once we decide that we are a good fit for each other during our sessions, we will explore unhealthy patterns and coping skills that keep you out of your arousal. Sessions are always collaborative, client-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based.

What you can expect from me

The first step is to schedule a 15-minute consultation call. During our first session, you can expect to tell me your life story and what you would like to achieve from therapy. I take a holistic approach and would like to know as much as possible about you as a person. Sometimes we don’t realize how life’s stressors affect other aspects of our lives. My goal is to create a judgment-free, welcoming environment where you are able to be vulnerable about your experiences.
